The Builder/Developer department specializes in Builder Homes Sales, Construction Loans, Lot Takedowns and Land Acquisitions. In addition to preparation of the preliminary title commitment, this department provides the following services:

• On-Site Closings, Saturday Closing and Flexible Closing Hours
• Informational commitments prepared in conjunction with the plat approval process for your convenience.
• Plat approval and Recordings of plats, covenants and other related documents.
• In-house servicing of Construction Loan Deeds of Trust. We can service the note and record partial releases and/or live note releases.
• We act as escrow agent for Installment Land Contracts. Find out more about this innovative way to sell and buy land or properties. Often sales take place with little or no money down and no credit approval.
• Pick-up and delivery of contracts, title commitments, and other related documents is available.
• 0 & E - we provide background information upon request on prospective land acquisitions.
